Coaching Focused Support
Our Standard Coaching Focused Package includes six hour-long one-to-one sessions conducted via Zoom and regularly spaced over a period of up to 12 weeks.
Typically, an initial session will be spent exploring the coachee’s current situation and areas in which they would like to bring about change. Moving on, goals and strategies for achieving these are established. Subsequent sessions are then used to review progress, explore challenges and successes encountered and to recalibrate goals and strategies accordingly. Where and when appropriate we may also offer suggestions and advice to support our clients

Mentoring Focused Support for New-to-Role Leaders
Our Standard Mentoring Focused Package for New-to-Role Leaders includes ten hour-long one-to-one sessions conducted via Zoom and regularly spaced over a period of up to 20 weeks.
The pressures and potential pitfalls that new leaders are often prone to, mean that when working with such professionals, it can be appropriate for us to place a greater emphasis on a style of support based on advising and the sharing of knowledge. The new-to role leaders we work with greatly appreciate the opportunity to be able to draw on the experience and insights of our team, as well as to be coached in a more open-ended manner.

Communication Profiling
We are delighted to offer VoicePrint communication profiling as an optional part of our service. This powerful tool identifies the unique but largely unconscious pattern of ‘voices’ which shapes the way we talk and the impact we make. Individual profiles are generated via a self-assessment and then explored with a coach in order to develop personal and inter-personal effectiveness.

We work with international schools across a range of areas and our wide-ranging experience in the sector is greatly valued by those we engage with.
